1. CAN I RECEIVE ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Once you’ve completed your purchase, we’ll send you a confirmation email with the purchase information to your provided email address.

2. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as we start packing and processing your order, you will receive a confirmation email including an order number, shipping details, and a link to track your parcel online via our Customer Support Channel. All inquiries regarding an order will be handled directly by an agent from the Customer Support Department. You can also resolve your concerns through dispute resolution.

Please note that it may take 3-5 days to receive your Tracking Number (TKN). The TKN will become active when your order is ready to ship.

3. HOW LONG IS THE SHIPMENT?

Pre-shipment process:

All items in the store may take 3 to 5 business days to process. Please add processing time to your shipping estimate below.

Check the table below for the approximate delivery time. Note that delays can occur due to holidays, customs, weather conditions, social events, temporary technical issues, or unexpected pandemics.

Please be aware that:

  • We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information.
  • You cannot cancel or modify your order once it has progressed to an advanced preparation status.
  • Shipping time may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:
    • IR disputes/strikes
    • Weather conditions
    • Time of year (e.g., holiday season)
    • Large or bulky items
    • Shipping provider errors

If any of the above scenarios occur with your package, we promise to keep you well informed with as much information as we have.

4. CAN I REFUSE THE ITEM ON DELIVERY?

If the order arrives in your country and:

  • The customer refuses to accept the package
  • A number of attempts are made to deliver the package in the destination country

Vernical Limited reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.

5. WILL I BE CHARGED FOR ANY EXTRA TAX TO RECEIVE THE ORDER?

We cannot guarantee whether you will be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for information on charges and rates for packages coming from outside your country.

6. CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY ORDER?

If your goods do not arrive within 30 days, you will be refunded up to 100% of the order value for that item.

Currently, all Vernical Limited products are typically shipped from one of our overseas facilities, so please allow up to 3-4 weeks to receive your purchase(s). Although we have been experiencing quicker shipping times recently, the shipping time is generally dependent on how long customs takes, which can vary by country.

7. HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can only cancel your order within 6 hours of the purchase time on the same day.

Since all of our products are not made in advance and are only produced after your payment is successful, we ask for your understanding and patience while waiting for your product's delivery. Each of our products follows a strict schedule, so please reach out to our Customer Support Department via our Help Center to check on your order processing time in urgent situations.

8. CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER INFORMATION?

If you realize you have made an error, simply contact us here within 9 hours of the purchase date.

If the shipping address is incorrect but the item has already been shipped, please follow these steps:

  • Track your order using the tracking link closely.
  • Once your tracking number is active or the item arrives at the Post Office (P.O.), contact the P.O. with your tracking number and request address changes.

If your order has already been processed or shipped and the address is incorrect, we cannot change the address. For other requests, please contact the Support team.

9. CAN I CHANGE THE BILLING ADDRESS?

We are unable to edit the billing address once your order is placed. However, as long as the shipping address is correct, you will be able to receive the package.

10. ACCEPTABLE CONTENT GUIDELINES

We require that content be respectful of others and the law. Content that is hateful, illegal, or that violates intellectual property rights may be reviewed and removed at any time.

  • No text or images that infringe on any intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and rights of privacy/publicity.
  • No text or images of obscenity, pornography, or nudity that is not artistic in nature.
  • No text or images that encourage or glorify drug use/abuse. No excessive violence.
  • No content that is libelous or defamatory. No content that can reasonably be viewed as harassing, threatening, or otherwise harmful.
  • No hate speech. No content that can reasonably be viewed as discriminatory based on race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or disability.
  • No content that violates or encourages anyone else to violate any law.
